        For every month, week, and day, you will be asked to complete various prompts that are meant to evoke feelings of gratitude

        Here in an example of what a sample day may look like:

        These prompts may bring up happy thoughts and memories that you had stored away.

        For example, they may help you remember a movie you watched that was amazing or a song that pulled at your heart strings.

        Bringing these thoughts back to the surface will help you realize what you have to appreciate over the past few days, the past week, or the past month,

        Also, the journal is easy to fill in on your electronic device, meaning you do not need to print this journal out.

        It is also important to note that it is set up so you can start at any point in the year. Simply begin at the first month, and continue through the guide.

        When you are at the start of the new month, simply skip forward until the next monthly prompt.

        There are more than enough entries to last you a year!
