      Virtual Nutrition Counseling

      Struggling with binge eating or an overall unhealthy relationship with food? Feel like you need some extra guidance? Well luckily I have exactly what you need! 

      By working with me, we can dive deep into what the root cause of your unhealthy relationship with food is and how to treat it. 

      Along with this, we come up with strategies and techniques to maintain your healthy habits long term, so you won’t have to keep seeing a dietitian to maintain great results!

      What you will learn:

      • How to feel in control around food again
      • Strategies to overcome strong emotions without using food
      • Techniques to reintroduce fear or trigger foods
      • How to approach eating out or with friends
      • Mindful eating techniques and exercises
      • How to structure meals and snacks to boost satisfaction
      • Ways to deal with diet trends and fads
      • And whatever you are interested in working on!

      What does working with me look like?

      Initial Session:

      During the initial session, I want to hear all about you. We will go over your history with dieting and binge eating and what your current diet is looking life. We will discuss what you have tried in the past and what your current goals are. The main purpose of this session is to get a full picture of your past so we can create a plan than in unique to your needs. At the end of the session we will create a goal to carry on to the following sessions.

      Follow-up Sessions:

      During the follow up sessions, we follow up on the goals set at the previous sessions, go over your food journal, troubleshoot any problems you’ve faced and create new goals depending on your progress. Along with this, we celebrate your successes and determine what has worked well for you, and what hasn’t.

      FAQ’s:

      How long will it take to see results? You will likely see a reduction in binge eating in several weeks after implementing the strategies we discussed. But, how fast you progress depends on several factors and varies from person to person.

      I want to lose weight, can you help me? When recovering from binge eating, focusing on weight loss will likely impede progress. Instead, we focus on strategies to reduce binge eating, which may or may not result in weight loss. 

      Do you accept insurance? Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance at this time.

      Do you work with clients struggling with an active eating disorder? I am not working with eating disorder clients at this time, but hopefully will in the future.
