Lay out a large tortilla. Spread refried beans into a circle about half the diameter of the large tortilla.
Add a layer of cheese on top of the refried beans.
Add a layer of tortilla chips.
Add shredded lettuce and tomato on top.
With the other tortilla, cut out a circle the diameter of the layer of food.
Spread a layer of plain greek yogurt on top of the circle. Place yogurt down on the layer of ingredients.
Fold the large tortilla inwards until the layers are all wrapped.
Place open side down on a skillet on medium heat. Cook for a few minutes, until crispy and sealed. Flip over a repeat.
Cut in half and enjoy!
