Vegetarian Crunchwrap Supreme

This vegetarian crunchwrap supreme is a great alternative to the Taco Bell Crunchwrap Supreme.

  • 2 large tortillas
  • 5-6 tortilla chips
  • 1/2 cup refried beans
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup lettuce
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes diced


  • Lay out a large tortilla. Spread refried beans into a circle about half the diameter of the large tortilla.
  • Add a layer of cheese on top of the refried beans.
  • Add a layer of tortilla chips.
  • Add shredded lettuce and tomato on top.
  • With the other tortilla, cut out a circle the diameter of the layer of food.
  • Spread a layer of plain greek yogurt on top of the circle. Place yogurt down on the layer of ingredients.
  • Fold the large tortilla inwards until the layers are all wrapped.
  • Place open side down on a skillet on medium heat. Cook for a few minutes, until crispy and sealed. Flip over a repeat.
  • Cut in half and enjoy!
