Creamy Vegan Avocado Pasta

This pasta is a great alternative to creamy pastas containing dairy products

  • 1 avocado ripe
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/2 cup basil
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz pasta spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp pasta water


  • Prepare pasta according to the directions on the box. Once finished, drain and reserve pasta water. Set aside.
  • In a blender, add the remaining ingredients along with the pasta water. Blend until smooth.
  • Add sauce to the pasta and gently toss to mix. Enjoy!
